Not an aptitude test.

This is our most prized, in house screening analysis program developed by Harvard graduates to analyze holistic profile metrics and strengths beyond aptitude tests. We offer students with sharp, scientific career recommendations by assessing their engagement levels which they can incorporate in their day to day routines easily.

Career Exploration Program

Careers aren’t identified in a day. It’s a process to enjoy and learn through trial and error! A unique program that helps you discover and verify your career interests and subject choice through expert guidance, assessments and deep research.

Duration: 2 months onwards, Grade 7 onwards

Exposure to different careers based on the clarity of one's profile strengths and life story.

Choosing subjects + exposure to colleges based on research.

Step 4

Skill based Leadership Program

Build essential life and leadership skills, experience your career interests practically, and add to your college resume by building a real project suited to your interest and passion.

Duration: 4 month onwards, once a week, Grade 7 onwards

How we do it:

Step 1

Identify an area of interest in which you wish to build a project through our in depth career explorer path, or enlist what you’re already sure about.

Step 2

Choose your project (for profit/ not for profit) + community. Streamline your project themes and real communities facing real world problems in areas of Finance, Education,

Health, Environment,

Gender and Policy.

Step 3

Students can directly access untouched local communities, work on implementing government schemes through our partnership with local bodies and Government of Gujarat, to build contextual and impactful projects by connecting with

the local stakeholders.

Step 4

Build your prototype from scratch through our in house design thinking based curriculum and execute it in the

selected community.

Step 5

Measure impact of your work in terms of data

Step 6

Showcase + Build profile Present your project journey at our centre before esteemed panelists, document work on your college resume and get a letter of recommendation from a senior official.
